Brand-new Recital Ticket System
This year ASD will be using Tututix to sell reserved seats for our Spring Recital. Tickets will go on sale April 1. You can buy them online from web.tututix.com, from our Facebook Page, or through the Tututix toll-free call center (1-855-222-2TIX). You can choose to receive your tickets electronically via email or smartphone, or you can choose to have their staff print and mail full color, foil-embossed, barcoded, keepsake tickets directly to you. They even print your dancer’s name directly on the tickets! You will receive special codes that unlock your dancer’s free tickets. You will enter this code at checkout, and the free tickets will be added to your cart. Each code is unique and may only be used once. Tickets are mailed out immediately, and usually arrive within one week of purchase.

Order Dance Tights for Recital Now!
An order form for tights will be emailed to you. The completed order form must be turned in on or before      March 20 in order to receive your tights before Picture Week (April 7 -10). Enter the number of each style in size and color on the form. Please refer to the size chart for sizing .

Proper Tutu Care
Unpack tutu then shake, gently ‘comb’ (or ‘rake’) your fingers through the tulle of the tutu, from waistband down to hem, removing any twisting, crumpling or knots. Hang upside-down on a hanger.
Care for a Wrinkled Tutu:
Do not iron! Steam works best. If you don’t have a clothing steamer, use an humidifier. Set the humidifier on a towel to catch any drips. With tutu on hanger, hold above the steam and slowly move tutu back and forth until it is straight and fluffy again, then hang it up. Another way to straighten your tutu: Spray with water bottle, hang, and let the weight of the water straighten it while it drip dries. Try not to get the bodice wet in this process.

Parent Watch Week
Bring your camera and come see what we have learned! Parents are welcome to observe their dancer the last week in March.
