No Office Hours - 2/22/13

Miss Anna and Miss Kathryn will be teaching at a dance workshop at Anderson University on Friday, February 22.  There will be no office hours. Please email if you need to catch up. 

ASD classes will be held as usual today, Monday, February 18, 2013.  See you soon!

Anderson School of Dance Classes Cancelled - Wed. 1/30/13

Due to dangerous weather conditions, Anderson School of Dance will close at 4:00pm today.  Your child’s safety is our main concern.  Classes will be held as usual next week.  Please don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions.

Stretching

The Nutcracker

The holiday season is upon us!  And the Greenville Ballet's Nutcracker is a
wonderful opportunity to enjoy some holiday cheer.  Let us know if you'd
like to join us on Saturday, December 15th, for a matinee show at 2:00pm.
The performance is held at the McAlister Auditorium on the Furman
University campus.  Tickets (adult and child) are $25 per person.


We will order tickets Thursday, December 6th.  Please RSVP and let us
know how many tickets you'd like.  All tickets must be paid for by Friday,
December 8th.

Parade Info

Hooray!  The Christmas parade is here! 

Students who want to participate should wear their Nutcracker t-shirt or a red short-sleeved t-shirt if one wasn't ordered from us.  Wear jeans or leggings and comfortable walking shoes.  If it’s chilly, students may wear a long-sleeved white t-shirt under the red one.

Head pieces or props will be provided in students’ classes.  These should be worn/brought to the parade and returned to Miss Anna or Miss Kathryn after the parade.

Please meet at the Goodyear Tire at 904 Main Street to line up.  We are Entry #60 and we’ll begin lining up at 2pm on Sunday, 12/2/2012.

After the parade, if your child is 3 or 4 years old and riding on the float, you should meet the float at the 

Family Dollar Store on South Main Street.

All other students should be picked up in the Grace Episcopal Church parking lot at 711 South McDuffie Street.

ASD Parking on 10/30/12

On Tuesday, October 30^th, the city of Anderson will be hosting an event in the Church Street parking lot.  The lot will be unavailable for parking beginning on Monday night, October 29^th.  Parents/students who dance on Tuesday, should use the ASD entrance on Benson Street. The Anderson Police Department will be assisting with traffic control and student drop-off.
